This is a brief introduction to one of the most important and pivotal documents that EVER existed on this planet: the first Treaty that will not only ban ALL space-BASED weapons, but that also recognizes the Indigenous Cultures and the Cosmic Cultures who will be "Parties" to the Treaty as UN Member Nation leaders (only NINE are required!) sign and ratify the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 into world law. This milestone Treaty is posted on http://www.peaceinspace.com with a newly announced Plan of Action.
